Set: this uses HCI_Set_MWS_Signaling command with data determined using the input u8. Then this uses Broadcom HCI vendor command 0xFD95 with param_len=0x2: param +0x0 = 0x1, +0x1 = {Tsi value}. When this vendor command is successful, it then uses HCI_Sniff_Mode command with data selected using the Tsi value as the array-index.
