The Nintendo Switch homebrew scene is very different from previous consoles such as the Wii or the 3DS, being volatile. As such, every time you want to run Atmosphere you must run the fusee-gelee exploit every time. Once booted into Atmosphere, you can run the Homebrew Menu from the Main Menu by holding L while launching a title.
