Creating pages for Atmosphere and Hekate

I believe that we should create pages for Atmosphere CFW. That's the only way we can use hbmenu on current firmwares, since hbmenu by itself can't be installed on firmwares higher than 3.0.0. We also should create pages for hekate, since that's sort of like the Switch's equivalent of BootMii on the Wii(albeit volatile). Xolrz (talk) 23:16, 19 January 2022 (UTC)
